This course is designed keeping in mind all the skills required to crack into corporate or professional courses where interview process are rigorous.

No. of hours: Each session will last for 2 – 3 hours per day, spread across two months for 10 days

Eligibility: Students wanting to clear entrance exams & fresher applying for jobs.

Mode of Training: The course will be filled with activities and interaction among teams. It will be conducted in a classroom setting/online/outbound. This will also contain a lot of practice session via mock group discussions & role plays.

Course Content

Communication skills: This will help you understand how to effectively communicate verbally & nonverbally.
Group discussions: This will help you to do an effective group discussion. It will also give you confidence to sustain difficult times in group discussion.
Debates: It will help you understand difference between debates & group discussions. It will also give you powerful techniques to cut through the debating and shine.
Extempore: It will help in building confidence and techniques of how to frame your speech in very little time.
Interviewing skills: this skill will comprise of basic HR questions and understanding them and answering them. There will also me mock roles to give hands on experience.
Resume Writing: This will help to understand how to identify relevant information for resume. Tips & techniques for effective resumes & finally building a resume.
Grooming etiquettes: this skills will help to know standards of grooming for interview and corporate life.
Body language: This is a very power non- verbal mode of communication, so understanding it will help to make a proper use good body language and staying away from negative.
Cover letter: Cover letters can make a whole difference to your job application, understanding how to write and discussing of a sample template for the same.
Email writing: This skill will help understand how to apply for a job via email, what are the essentials to include in the same, as well as accept & decline any job offer politely.
