Course content

• Understanding preferred field of work: this helps to narrow down from wide range of career options.
• Understanding work setting & working style: Sometimes the whole career takes a U- turn when we understand that the work set-up is not like we thought about. Thus this session will help in understanding what work setting looks like for the preferred career options.
• Goal setting: Understanding of wider goal here in very important to generate the motivation to choose from wide career choices.
• Personality style: This session will help the individual understand, which personality traits will enhance the work and which the individual needs to work upon.
• Career counselling: This will involve a setting of two session, first one would be where the individual will be taking a test mixed of aptitude, career interest, personality type which together gives us options. The second session will be spent in understand the report generated from the test and the previous sessions happened so far and together with a discussion of 60 minutes to 75 minutes we decide 2 broad career options.
• Follow up: This is a 20 minutes follow – up that happen 1 month from the date of second session to check if any other clarification is required.
• Add on Industry expert sessions: This will help in understanding the current situation of job market and real life situations to get a better clarity of the job role.
