Outbound Training – OBT Training or Outbound Learning is an evidence based effective training method for enhancing employee and team behaviors and organizational performance through participation in outdoor activities and experiential learning methodology.
Outbound Training generally revolves around outbound activities designed after the training need analysis with managers & teams. It is generally to improve leadership, communication skills, performance, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork and motivation.
The participants are engaged into outbound training activities and outbound training games that give an immersive learning experience and bring out variety of learning outcomes based on the participants and organizational learning needs.
