Welcome to our workshop of the month – Self care for students.

The education scenario has undergone a massive change all across the world due to this pandemic. Students are now having to adjust to a new style of learning.

Having to adapt to this change, deal with the academic pressure, the steep fall in one’s daily socialization, and studying from home amidst the distractions and chaos has been difficult and stressful for many.

Keeping this in mind, we bring to you a workshop specifically designed for students to be able to cope with the stressors and take care of their mental as well as physical selves

Overview

Objective: To provide students with tools to manage themselves and cope with daily stressors.

Eligibility: Students struggling to take care of themselves or otherwise. Everyone is welcome

Mode of training: The course will be filled with interactive activities by the trainer. It will be conducted in an online classroom setting.
