Mindificient’s way of Training Solutions

We develop & deliver workshops in various modalities:

  • The training will be delivered via online portals such as zoom, microsoft teams etc.
  • Online classroom will be 70% instructor led
  • Training aids: Videos, Role plays with the help of chat rooms, Lecturing, case studies etc.
  • Training will be done on site (Classroom / Training room setup)
  • Classroom setup will be 50% instustor led and more number to activies that can be done in a confined space will be done
  • Training aids: Videos, Role plays, Lecturing, case studies presentations, insightful activities, live discussions, coaching & mentoring etc
  • Training will be done at place choosen by the collaborator/ suggested by Mindificient typically not a classroom setup.
  • Training at oubound locations will be moe engaging and very less instrutor led nearly 20% only
  • Training aids: Stimulators, group activities, outdoor games, discussions, live demonstrations, coaching & mentoring etc
